How much does exterior cleaning cost?
There is no single figure — it depends on the surface, the size of the area, access and how heavy the soiling is. We quote free of charge from photographs or a site visit, and the price we give is the price you pay.
How much does pressure washing cost in Kent?
Most domestic pressure washing is priced by area rather than by the hour. Send a few photographs and rough measurements through the quote form and we will come back with a figure.
Which areas of Kent do you cover?
We are based around Maidstone and work across Kent, including Kings Hill, Medway and Rochester, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Ashford and Thanet. If you are just outside, ask — we often are.
What is softwashing?
Cleaning with a low pressure biocide treatment rather than water pressure. It suits render, painted surfaces and most roofs, where high pressure would risk damage.
Can you clean gutters without ladders?
In most cases, yes. Our gutter vacuum works from the ground using carbon poles and reaches up to approximately three storeys where access allows.
Can pressure washing damage paving?
It can if it is misused. Controlled pressure, the correct tip and a consistent working distance are what prevent it, and we test an area first on anything soft or aged.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Usually not. We need access to the areas being cleaned and an outside tap. Anything else we agree with you before the day.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes. We work for managing agents, retail sites, schools, developers and facilities teams across Kent, on both one-off and scheduled work.
